What to Expect at Your First Acupuncture Visit?
Initial visits typically run 90 minutes in addition to the 20 minutes needed to fill out the health history with you as well as gathering more information from tongue and pulse diagnosis. The methods used to correct the imbalances include the following: Acupuncture, Moxibustion, Cupping, Electrical Stimulation, Pointer Excel II Digital Acupuncture Point Meter Readings, Tui Na, Gua Sha, Ear Seeds, Herbal Therapy, Dietary Counseling, Aromatherapy, and Saliva pH Measurement.
My goal at Light Touch Acupuncture is to help you and your family achieve the results you are seeking and maintain optimal health with safe, natural and holistic acupuncture care. In order for you to get the most out of this worthwhile investment , I would like to share a few tips:

- Please be patient. Healing with acupuncture care is a process, not a magic bullet. It takes time and is influenced by many factors.
Fees: Initial treatment is $75 and typically runs 90 minutes, and follow up treatments is $65 and typically runs about an hour.

We also offer Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging (DITI):
DITI is an adjunctive diagnostic test that is a totally non-invasive clinical imaging procedure that is used in the detection and monitoring of a number of diseases and physical injuries, by showing thermal abnormalities present in the body with a medical grade camera. It can be used as an aid for diagnosis and prognosis, as well as monitoring therapy progress. For example, inflammation, back injuries, arthritis, etc.
It is a valuable procedure for alerting your doctor to changes that can indicate early stage breast disease.
The benefit of DITI as an adjunctive breast screening test is that it offers an increased opportunity of early detection of breast disease through mammography combined with clinical correlation of thermography results.
